Tutorials

The notebooks live in a separate repository, mechanochat-tutorials, and are rendered here from their stored outputs. To run them yourself you will need a CUDA-capable GPU and the seqFISH dataset; the tutorials repository also carries the data-preparation scripts that turn the raw seqFISH tables into the AnnData object used below.
